Information Valencia

Valencia combines the advantages of a small Mediterranean village with a metropolis of nearly one million inhabitants. The Americas Cup and the Formula One Race in Valencias harbor are just an example of the many events hosted by the city.

The language school

Our language school in Valencia is situated next to the university building and only 20 minutes walk from the old town and the beach. The school can host up to 600 students at the same time and also offers language courses for Spanish people. During your breaks you will be able to get in touch with locals easily.

Our schools organized weekend-excursions to Madrid, Barcelona or Ibiza are very popular and offer a chance to explore Spain. The school also organizes guided tours of Valencia, a guided tour of City of Arts and Sciences, excursions to museums or simple activities like a Spanish movie night

Accomodation

During your stay in Valencia you may choose to stay in a student flat or with a host family. During the summer months it is also possible to stay in a student residence. All accommodation is within 30 minutes walking distance.

What you should know!

• "Las Fallas", the city´s loudest festival taking place in March is a perfect opportunity for you to join all Valencianos to welcome spring.
• “La Tomatina”in Buñol just 45 minutes outside Valencia is the place to be. Be there when thousands of people start the worlds biggest tomato fight.
• See an open air concert at City of Arts and Sciences
• The party continues in July during “feria de Julio” with numerous fireworks
