1. 1) Accomodation

Are there flats or accomodations provided by Travelmania?

Yes, there are Apartments provided by Travelmania. They are located next to the office, near to the town center.

Photos?

There are photos of the apartments on our Facebook page.

What do the rooms/flats contain?

The Flats have a high standard (shared: kitchen, living room, 1-2 bathrooms), the rooms are well equipped (at least: closet, bed).

Location?

The flats are near to the office. For further information please have a look on our Facebook page.

ATTENTION! If you need a room, it´s very important to let us know as fast as possible. Your reservation is completed after you paid the 290€ deposit and the 1^st rent of 350€.

1. 2) Rent

How much rent do I have to pay?

The rent for each room is 350€. Consisting of 290€ rent, plus 60€ additional costs such as water, gas and internet. You will have to pay a deposit of 290€, which you will get back when you move out.

1. 3) Payment

Will I get any payings from Travelmania?

Travelmania will provide no salary.

1. 5) Language course

The language course is optional. It is up to the intern how many lessons she or he wants to take a week. For further information on the prices and conditions please see:

We ask you to take the afternoon lessons, so that a perfect work process in the office can be guaranteed.

1. 6) Other Interns

The team will be very international. The interns are from all around the world, therefore the working language will be English or Spanish. If you want to get in contact with the other interns before the internship starts, you can sign up in our Facebook group.(LINK)

1. 7) Scholarships

Due to the fact that it is an unpaid internship, you should try to get a scholarship, for example ERASMUS or Leonardo. Please get in contact with your university for further information. If you need any documents feel free to contact us. Make sure that your documents are completed and that you already filled out as much information as possible.

1. 8) Why do I have to pay the organization fee?

The organization fee is an insurance for you and for us, so that you can be sure that your internship place is saved and we know that you will take part in the internship. The organization fee is also a security restriction, for Travelmania against illegal entry.

After you paid the organization fee, we will send you the pre-confirmation.

1. 9) Insurance

You will not be insured due to Travelmania. Therefore you have to manage your international insurance (if you need one) in advance.

10) Facebook Group

After your successful application you are welcome to become a member of our Fcaebook group (LINK). There you will receive further information containing other interns, accommodation, language course and events.
